The World Needs What Our Children Can Do!

TSS is an independent, co-educational day school (Pre-K to 12), founded in 1970. Set on 43 acres of Maryland's beautiful rural Eastern Shore, our campus features the trees, meadows, and streams that lend themselves to relaxed concentration. In this safe and supportive environment, our students feel secure to take challenges and realize their potential in academics, athletics, and the arts.

TSS students join in sharing ideas, building community and thinking globally, while finding connections with one another and the world around us.

Lower School

The Lower School academic program encompasses hands-on, engaged, and active learning through a challenging curriculum taught by our dedicated staff.

Middle School

Our Middle School offers traditional classes while challenging each student to develop intellectual independence, and a sense of responsibility toward others.

Upper School

Our Upper School requirements ensure that our students are thoroughly prepared for the rigor and independence of study required at a four year institution.
